What is the difference between Launch and PRO?

  • With Launch, we let you build a store through our software as a service platform. You pay month to month and we give you the resources you need to succeed. Think of this as a lease.
  • With PRO, you are purchasing full rights to your store. That means that you own your store and we customize it for you depending on your needs.
  • PRO contains extra features and provides more options. It is also more powerful and resource intensive.
  • With PRO, If you decide to work with another development agency in the future or hire your own development team, then you have full rights to the store we built for you and do not have to worry about us taking down your store because it’s yours. Think of this as full ownership.

Are there any others costs associated with running my store that I should consider?

  • Running an eCommerce operational is like running a brick and mortar store. You will need to consider certain operational costs in the short and long-term as your business scales. Some costs you may want to consider include tax services that help automate your tax for you such as TaxJar and Vertex. These integrations are easy for us to install for you but their service fees vary anywhere from $19/month-$299+.
  • There are also VPS server/hosting costs. As your eCommerce store gains popularity and grows, hosting costs will increase as traffic comes to your store. You start off with a base server configuration ($40/month), but as you gain popularity, you will need to consider increasing the performance of your server to maintain the speed of your store and ensure optimal performance.
  • Also depending on the payment gateway and processor used, you will pay transaction fees and gateway fees.

How long does it take to get set up?

  • With Launch, you can be up and running within 48 hours.
  • With PRO, the estimated timeline is 90 days but it depends on you. We need to have the current information from you in a timely manner to make sure that the project progresses on time.
  • The timeline is based on the described features in PRO. If you need any additional features for your website or on-demand development, this timeline will increase and extend the time to completion.
